How do I assign a benefit time accrual to a pay class?

 
  1. Select Setup from the navigation list.
  2. From the slide out menu select Pay Class.
  3. Choose the Pay Class you wish to work with from the list. If you need to create a new pay class select + New.
  4. Configure the desired settings for the Pay Class.
  5. Go to the Benefit Accruals tab.
  6. Under Accrual Setting select Use Benefit Accruals.
  7. Under Policies, for each pay code use the drop down menu to select the Benefit Accruals policy you wish to assign to the Pay Class. If you need to create a new Benefit Accruals policy select the + button.
  8. Once complete select Save.
