How do I assign a benefit time accrual to a pay class?
- Select Setup from the navigation list.
- From the slide out menu select Pay Class.
- Choose the Pay Class you wish to work with from the list. If you need to create a new pay class select + New.
- Configure the desired settings for the Pay Class.
- Go to the Benefit Accruals tab.
- Under Accrual Setting select Use Benefit Accruals.
- Under Policies, for each pay code use the drop down menu to select the Benefit Accruals policy you wish to assign to the Pay Class. If you need to create a new Benefit Accruals policy select the + button.
- Once complete select Save.
